Service Tools Echoserve’s field service engineers use the most state-of-the-art tools to service medical imaging and patient monitoring equipment. We’ve done our research and have selected the best tools for the service trade. In many cases, we have even brought our own engineers in to optimize service tool designs. Echoserve is proud to offer the following service equipment from leading manufacturers: Electrical Leakage Testers (click to download) Electrical leakage testing is a critical part of a good preventive maintenance program. These tests ensure there is adequate electrical protection between the diagnostic system and your patient. Echoserve offers two types of electrical leakage testers based on your clinical testing requirements. Ultrasound Phantoms (click to download) Ultrasound scanning phantoms provide diagnostic and QA verification for ultrasound system operation and transducer functionality. Testing with an ultrasound phantom should be conducted at regular intervals to ensure proper equipment operation and optimal image quality. Echoserve offers the full line of high quality ATS Laboratories tissue mimicking phantoms. Uninterruptible Power Supplies (click to download) As a repair depot, Echoserve receives many power supplies which are the victim of poor power conditions within the medical facility. Ultrasound customers need power protection to prevent system downtime and costly repairs caused by power supply failures. An uninterruptible power supply provides power conditioning, surge protection and battery backup to ensure clean power is always available to your ultrasound system. Each UPS is carefully configured to the unique power requirements of the ultrasound model. Digital Image Capture (click to download) Digital workflow is becoming a critical requirement in every diagnostic imaging modality. However, purchasing a new digital-ready device may not be feasible and digital storage devices can be very costly. To extend the life of your current investment, Echoserve offers a full range of digital image capture solutions. These devices connect to the video output on the rear of the imaging device and store images and video clips to removable USB drives in a variety of common formats, including DICOM. The images can easily be saved on any computer and used for patient records, presentations or long term storage. Patient Simulators – Pronk Technologies Providing accurate and reproducible testing standards is critical for any Quality Assurance program, and especially important for medical device testing. Echoserve provides a comprehensive testing suite for patient monitors, simulating every physiologic response required for comprehensive evaluation of patient monitors and associated modules. Tests include ECG, cardiac output, blood pressure, and more. The complete test suite is available in a small, portable case providing outstanding ergonomic features to the biomedical technician and clinical accuracy when testing any patient monitor. Remote Monitoring Solutions – Echoserve Echoserve now offers proprietary remote monitoring connectivity tools that allow us to resolve many system software issues without sending a field service engineer to your site. With this tool, our service engineers can manage image files, view error logs, conduct software backups, reinstall software, reconfigure pre-sets and reboot your system. Ultimately this new technology maximizes system up-time and minimizes service costs. |
