Echoserve was originally established as an ultrasound part depot repair and sales company. Today, we are a diversified multi-modality field service, equipment sales and medical equipment parts supplier. We have more than eighty employees and hundreds of customers. With a focus on technology and innovation, we take a unique approach to asset management and create significant value in the industry.

Echoserve is working hard to realize our objective of being the leading third-party supplier of diagnostic imaging field service, equipment and parts. We achieve our goals through a combination of professionalism, productivity, product quality and advanced research and development. We are a true alternative to the manufacturer for the clinical community, particularly for free-standing Diagnostic Imaging Centers, office-based providers of imaging services and smaller hospital sites. We are also a highly competitive provider of parts to large in-house clinical engineering and independent multi-vendor service organizations.

Launched ultrasound probe repair and parts business in 2005
Entered the Mammography market in May 2006
Received investment from Galen Partners, a private equity firm based in Connecticut, in November 2006
Entered the Patient Monitoring market in early 2008
Launched www.echoxpress.com for researching, buying, and selling ultrasound equipment online in March 2008
Moved into a new, custom-built headquarters facility in the Fall of 2008
Acquired by Medical Imaging Holdings Inc. in September 2009, along with Barrington Medical Inc.

New Facility

Echoserve has moved to a new 27,000 square foot, state-of-the-art facility in the foothills of beautiful Golden, Colorado. The new facility is custom designed to optimize the workflow of our repair depot and houses administrative areas, research and development facilities, a dedicated x-ray lab and a field service training center.
